MaxiTrack is the world’s most heavy duty man-handleable trackway system. Designed in Britain, and manufactured in Europe using high-tech Zetralene plastic, these 40kg mats can easily be handled by two workers without the need for specialist lifting equipment or hiabs. The mats are incredibly strong with overlapping lipped connectors providing maximum support and mud suppression. Their unique slotted joints cope with heat expansion on large areas. MaxiTrack’s unique SmartGrip tread gives superior grip in all directions. They are suitable for use with rubber tracked or tyred vehicles, and military vehicles with rubber track pads. Steel tracked plant may be used at the owner’s discretion but will inevitably cause accelerated wear. MaxiTrack mats can also be kept joined in fours, and have integral lifting points enabling them to be craned into position as big 3.6 x 1.8 metre mats.
Further Information Subject to firm, dry ground conditions, MaxiTrack mats are usually comfortable with vehicles up to 50 tonnes UDL (Uniformly Distributed Load). Heavier vehicles up to 80 tonnes may be used with caution for short term access in dry weather. However, it is the user’s responsibility to assess the load-bearing capacity of the ground, and to only operate vehicles within the weight that the ground is capable of safely supporting. MaxiTrack mats are guaranteed for 12 months against breakage by vehicles within the stated loading. GroundGuards Ltd accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage, loss or injury arising from the ground conditions on which these products are used. GroundGuards MaxiTrack mats are not suitable to use for bridging purposes. Damage caused by mechanical equipment (e.g. cuts by digger buckets) or falling objects, or sharp protrusions beneath the mats is not covered by guarantee.
